Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer provide a refund.

To be eligible for a return/exchange your item must be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Crystal ties or crystal bowties
  • Crystal shirts
  • Socks
  • Items from sale/clearance
  • Items bought with a promotional sale discount

Shipping & Handling

The customer is responsible for shipping and restocking (if applicable) fees for returns and exchanges. These fees will be deducted from your refund balance. If you are making an exchange that exceeds your balance, you'll be emailed an invoice for the remaining costs.

All shirts returned will accrue a $15 handling fee that includes shipping costs and the time it takes our warehouse to restock your returns/exchanges. The $15 will be  deducted from the refund balance. If you are returning more than 1 shirt, we charge $10 for each additional shirt.

Original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.

Price Matching or Adjustments

As of July 11, 2024, Steven Land offers a 7-day window (starting from order delivery date) for price matching or adjustments to be received in store credit only.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your chosen payment method at return form.
